• Our emergency call system offers 24 hour emergency response from professionally trained staff.
  

In addition to the standard services provided, our staff can also provide the following, for a nominal fee:

• Tray service (excluding illness, which is not chargeable).
• Night checks.
• Assistance with incontinence.
  

There is also access to additional services on a fee-for-service basis which are provided by third party providers:

• Hair salon
• Foot care​
  

You are free to come and go as you choose.  We are here to make sure that you are comfortable and feel at home.
